for the price, it has a good location and is very spacious... We even got a Mt Fuji view from our window. The room was well equipped with quick water heating and a humidifier

Do you like plastic furniture? I mean furniture made with lots of vinyl? This is your place. Yeah this is a three star hotel, but three is a strange number. Bottom three I would say. The staff was very attentive. It's a good choice in this town. You will find tourists here. We bumped into some military types.

Only positive was very close to the train station. Other than that we couldn't get the twin room which was requested and there were only smoking rooms available which meant the whole place stank the entire time we were there. Disappointing- wouldn't stay here again.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Location is very convenient as it is right in front of Numazu Station. Wifi speeds were very good. Parking is 1000 yen per day, but you can enter and leave the parking lot as often as you'd like.

One of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed in Japan. The room wasn’t very big but super clean and the bedding was really comfortable. It has a nice work desk and very big windows that you can see mt. Fuji when the weather is good. There are lots of restaurants and conbinis around and they have a big parking space that connects to the building too. Everything was just perfect. I would stay here again when I’m nearby.

Love this hotel!! My family has membership, and we use this hotel quite a bit, but they are always super nice, clean, and modern, they are not at all expensive!! One time, my little boy had an accident at night, but they were still very warm and understanding, they did not charge a thing from us. We felt sorry and left tips, but they later on sent the tips back to us in mail. We are always happy with their great service.

Best hotel I stayed at in Japan. Room was relatively spacious, but the bathroom was amazing. I believe it was designed with disabled/handicapped people in mind, so it had plenty of room and even a large shower built directly into the ceiling. The beds were quite hard, but not uncomfortable, and there is a shopping area right next door with a convenience store and a range of restaurants to choose from.
